All pieces are handcrafted to order in our Cotswolds workshop. Lead times vary by piece and will be confirmed at the point of order. For clients requiring an accelerated timeline, expedited orders are available for an additional fee — please enquire at the point of contact. We will keep you updated throughout the making process.

Every Alexander And Jones piece is professionally packed and shipped in branded crating, designed to protect your piece throughout its journey. We are experienced in both national and international shipping, including complex and difficult delivery logistics — whether that is navigating listed buildings, remote locations, tight access, or overseas freight. No delivery challenge is too great and we work closely with trusted logistics partners to ensure your piece arrives safely, wherever you are in the world.

For clients within the UK, we offer in-person delivery and installation where possible, ensuring your piece is placed exactly where it needs to be by the people who made it. Please enquire at the point of order to discuss this option.

For international orders, shipping costs and timelines are confirmed at the point of order based on your location and the nature of the piece. Clients are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges upon delivery. We recommend checking your local regulations prior to ordering, and we are happy to advise where we can.
