Returns & Refunds

Every Alexander And Jones piece is made entirely to order and handcrafted individually in our Cotswolds workshop. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the manufacturing process has begun.

All details — including dimensions, materials, finishes, and specifications — must be confirmed and agreed at the point of order. We strongly encourage all clients to review these carefully before confirming. In some circumstances, amendments may be possible once production is underway; however, this is at our discretion and may be subject to an additional fee and revised lead time. Please contact us as early as possible should you wish to discuss any changes to your order.

Each piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection before leaving our workshop. In the rare event that you believe your piece has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photographs of the concern. Every case is reviewed individually and with care, and we will work with you to find the right resolution — whether that is a repair, replacement, or refund.
