We offer preferential pricing for multiple piece commissions. Whether you are furnishing a whole room, a hospitality space, or a private residence, please get in touch to discuss your project and we will be happy to provide a tailored quote.

Delivery & Shipping

All pieces are handcrafted to order in our Cotswolds workshop. Lead times vary by piece and will be confirmed at the point of order. For clients requiring an accelerated timeline, expedited orders are available for an additional fee - please enquire at the point of contact. We will keep you updated throughout the making process.

Every Alexander And Jones piece is professionally packed and shipped in branded crating, designed to protect your piece throughout its journey. We are experienced in both national and international shipping, including complex and difficult delivery logistics - whether that is navigating listed buildings, remote locations, tight access, or overseas freight. No delivery challenge is too great and we work closely with trusted logistics partners to ensure your piece arrives safely, wherever you are in the world.

For clients within the UK, we offer in-person delivery and installation where possible, ensuring your piece is placed exactly where it needs to be by the people who made it. Please enquire at the point of order to discuss this option.

For international orders, shipping costs and timelines are confirmed at the point of order based on your location and the nature of the piece. Clients are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges upon delivery. We recommend checking your local regulations prior to ordering, and we are happy to advise and support where we can.

Returns & Refunds

Every Alexander And Jones piece is made entirely to order and handcrafted individually in our Cotswolds workshop. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the manufacturing process has begun.

All details - including dimensions, materials, finishes, and specifications - must be confirmed and agreed at the point of order. We strongly encourage all clients to review these carefully before confirming. In some circumstances, amendments may be possible once production is underway; however, this is at our discretion and may be subject to an additional fee and revised lead time. Please contact us as early as possible should you wish to discuss any changes to your order.

Each piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection before leaving our workshop. In the rare event that you believe your piece has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photographs of the concern. Every case is reviewed individually and with care, and we will work with you to find the right resolution - whether that is a repair, replacement, or refund.
